We are Power4You, and one topic especially drives us: the shortage of skilled workers. Our goal is to provide targeted relief in the fields of nursing and healthcare while creating sustainable solutions.

In doing so, we have found that many training professions often lack motivated and qualified applicants. This is exactly where we come in: Through our strong networks and trustworthy contacts, we give young Vietnamese individuals the opportunity to complete a qualified apprenticeship in Germany. At the same time, we inspire highly motivated young people to pursue careers in nursing and healthcare that are not only socially important but also fulfilling.
