The idea for Bärcare came from Kristof Peymann, who worked in care himself and thought: There must be a better way! So he started programming. This idea has grown into a team of around 70 people, bringing together carers, accountants, logisticians, lawyers and software developers. Together, they pursue a single goal: to reduce the financial burden on care services and give carers more time for actual care.
