Banner generator: Exhibitors can use an online banner with company name, hall and stand number for their own website, social media or e-mail signature.

  • Trade fair contact person with name, photo, telephone, e-mail address
  • Company profile (maximum 4,000 characters)
  • Presentation of products or services with product images, product videos, product logos, product descriptions (max. 300 characters) and data sheets
  • Entry in the online hall plan

Clearly structured halls, organized according to product focus, make it easier for exhibitors and guests to make contact.

Unknown third parties repeatedly attempt to contact our exhibitors by telephone and e-mail in order to obtain payments by sending forged invoices. It is possible that these persons use the names “International Fair Directory”, “Richard Clark” or “Susanne Perry”. These are not employees of Deutsche Messe AG!

Deutsche Messe AG does not work with Expo Guide in any way and we have not allowed this organization to use our name or trademarks on their mailings. The same applies to International Fairs Directory, CONNECT Publisher SC, INEXORG, FAIRGUIDE.COM, Construct Data Verlag AG.

Therefore, please be careful if you are contacted by persons you do not know who claim to be employees of Deutsche Messe AG. If in doubt, please consult a contact person known to you.

We advise all exhibitors to exercise great caution when dealing with this and similar companies.

Deutsche Messe AG handles all banking transactions through NORD LB in Hanover. Please do not make payments to accounts at other banks. Especially not to banks abroad.

Here you can view the prices of the stand spaces and calculate the price depending on the booth shape and size. The final price includes the communication package, AUMA trade association contribution and advance payments for services. All details can also be found under the item Price details.

You can book various services in addition to your stand space. These include, for example, rental system stands, rental furniture and electrical supplies. You can find all the services that can be booked in the Services section of the Online Shop . To order the services, you will receive a separate link with access to the store with your stand confirmation.

Please note that some services are offered by Deutsche Messe AG and others are booked directly at the venue of Messe Essen. However, you will find all services together in the Online Shop as soon as they are activated in the early fall.

When registering, you already have the opportunity to express your wishes regarding the placement in a free text field. After registration you will receive a placement proposal, which you can still discuss with the respective contact person. The stand allocation will start in early autumn.

In case of cancellation of the entire registered or confirmed stand space package, the exhibitor must pay a lump-sum compensation. This also applies to reductions in space.

The amount of the lump-sum compensation depends on the date of receipt of the cancellation and amounts in % of the regular participation price based on the registered or confirmed package.

  • to 30.11.2023  -> 10%
  • 12.23 to 01.01.24 -> 25%
  • 01.24 to 31.01.24  -> 50%
  • from 01.02.24 and later -> 100%

After we have received your registration, you will receive a stand proposal from the colleagues from the various areas. Requests for changes will be implemented as far as possible. The stand allocation will start in early fall 2023.

The services can be ordered in the Online Shop from early fall. The individual deadlines for the various trades can be found under the respective service category.

Your exhibitor passes are also available for download in the Online Shop under the Dashboard section.  Each exhibitor receives 3 free passes according to the size of his stand up to 10m2 stand area and one more free pass for each additional full 10m2, but not more than 15 passes. Each registered co-exhibitor will receive 2 free exhibitor passes. Any additional passes required can be booked for a fee in the online store under the Services section.

Yes, all exhibitor passes must be registered. If they are not registered, an error message will be displayed upon entry to the exhibition grounds and passage will not be permitted. Exhibitor passes are not transferable.

No, neither set-up nor dismantling passes are required for the ALTENPFLEGE 2023 in Essen.

The 100 free visitor tickets are provided by mail in the form of an Excel spreadsheet with links. You can send the tickets as a ticket link or generate the ticket as a PDF and either send it by mail or print it out and hand it over.
