When creating the user profile:

When registering tickets:
- Mandatory information: Form of address, given name, surname, job position, company, address (street and house number, postal code, city, country), e-mail address, area of activity, job function

Declaration of consent
I consent to the collection, processing and use of my personal data in the following ways by Vincentz Network GmbH & Co. KG and — in the case of ticket-registration — to a transfer of this data to the exhibitor who invited me.
1. Creation of user profile
I consent to the use of the mandatory and voluntary data supplied by me when creating my user profile by Vincentz Network GmbH & Co. KG for purposes of enabling my use of the online registration services for complimentary admission tickets. My user profile may be stored for an unlimited period of time. I may deactivate this profile again at any time if I do not want further storage of my data. This data will be processed for advertising purposes according to Paragraph 3 of this consent declaration.
2. Ticket registration
I agree that my mandatory data as well as any voluntary data entered during the registration of complimentary admission tickets may be processed for purposes of providing this ticket registration service. Mandatory data may be transferred together with the date of ticket registration to the exhibitor who invited me. The exhibitor may use this data for his present and future tradeshow planning. This data will be processed for advertising purposes according to Paragraph 3 of this consent declaration.
3. Use of personal data by Vincentz Network GmbH & Co. KG for advertising purposes
I consent to the storage of the following data by Vincentz Network GmbH & Co. KG in the form of an internal profile and to its use for advertising purposes by Vincentz Network GmbH & Co. KG:
- The mandatory and voluntary data collected when creating my user profile
- The mandatory and voluntary data collected during ticket registration including the date of registration.
I furthermore consent to the mathematical-statistical analysis of my personal data for advertising purposes (scoring). My e-mail address will be used for advertising purposes solely in the case where I have given special permission.
4. General stipulations
This declaration of consent is subject to German law. The declaration is available in German and English. In unforeseen cases of discrepancies between the two language versions, the German version shall be the definitive one.
